What does the system implementation look like in 10 days?

Quick implementation takes 10 working days. The days do not necessarily follow one another. However, there are breaks between the given stages – usually the whole process takes about 3 weeks.

• Days 2-4 – standard setup and data migration

We have been implementing Dynamics (Navision \ NAV \ BC) systems since 2004. As a long-term partner of QBS, we have prepared and developed a version of the “Live In A Day” methodology for the Polish market. We also conduct training in this methodology for several Polish partners.

In recent years, we have been developing our own model in which it is possible to implement a full implementation for a small customer in a few days. It assumes audit, configuration, data migration, training, system start-up, as well as customer support. It is based on a carefully developed methodology, as well as ready-made implementation tools.

After the audit, we prepare a system based entirely on the cloud

Processes need to be automated and repeatable. In order for a quick launch to be successful, it must be standard and repeatable (based on a template, including a predefined chart of accounts). In the case of such quick implementation, there is no place for customizing the system to the company’s non-standard requirements. To make it possible, we send templates for which company data must be prepared.

Thanks to the previously mentioned experience of QBS partners, the Live in a Day model was created. In this model, it is possible to drastically reduce the system implementation time. Importantly, it does not deteriorate the quality of the system.

System adjustment – customization

As part of the quick implementation, we offer the launch of a tool such as Dynamics 365 Business Central. The system includes all standard functionalities. However, the implementation in 10 days does not provide for adapting the system to the unconventional needs of the company.

Customization after launch

However, after quick implementation it is possible to customize the system. After launching Business Central, it is also possible to establish additional cooperation and introduce changes or adjustments to the tool.

Customization is an additional option and is not included in Quick Deployment.

Efficient service and updates

We also have extensive experience in providing service to clients and their systems. We maintain approximately 100 customers in 10 countries on the basis of service contracts. Most of the systems are updated at least once a year. We ensure that the system is updated, as well as the introduction of appropriate adjustments to any changes in Polish law.
